ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 15, 2010

7:00P.M.          Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe,

                        Richard B. Gorden, Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J.

                        Mazur.

1.   The Board granted a Fiscal Year 2010 CPA exemption to the owner

      of Parcel # 29-3-1.

7:31P.M.          The Board went into Executive Session.

7:45P.M.          The Board returned from their Executive Session and

                        resumed their regular meeting.

2.   The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2010 abatement

      applications for the owners of the following properties:

            Parcel # 122-99-3        Granted

            Parcel #   65-70           Granted

            Parcel #   47-24           Granted

            Parcel # 125-75           Granted

            Parcel #   92-83           Denied

            Parcel #     85-2           Denied

            Parcel #   21-47           Denied

            Parcel # 120-81           Denied

3.   The Board will hold their next meeting at 7:00P.M. on Thursday

      4/22/10. They agreed to meet with the owners of Parcel # 69-72

      at 7:30P.M. during that meeting.
